"Chem-Tec has experienced its best year ever”, says a proud Managing Director Bo Hvid Mikkelsen, “especially our Swedish and Danish customers have increased their activities with us resulting in an increase in order intake. And, again resulting in a year to remember", says Bo.
The results of last years performance has been channelled straight over into new investments in the company. “We are about to initiate investments into 1,000 m2 new production and storage facilities. We are about to automate a large part of our production flow and also investing in a new IT and ERP system”, continues Bo. As an outcome of the positive developments in 2018, Chem-Tec is hiring a new sales manager to support with increased focus on their best performing markets; Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
A learning from working towards a succesful and profitable year, has also prompted new ways of managing the company’s resources. As an example, Bo Hvid Mikkelsen informs that it was necessary to look into internal resources and increase focus on key accounts and to boost the attention and cooperation with those customers. “Already happy clients require even more of our attention. This is worthwhile customer care and exactly much more key account attention is where we at Chem-Tec will see our future expansion from”, declares Bo.
"Chem-Tec has found its path and we are on the right track. I intend to make Chem-Tec stay on this route and so does my entire team", concludes a determined and positive Bo Hvid Mikkelsen.
